Is It Time to Sell Your Trade Show Exhibit
If so, here are some essential preparation tips to assist your online sale and
give you the best return on your investment.
Preparation/Selling Tips

Inform your account executive or exhibit provider of your intention to sell your exhibit.

Ask your exhibit provider for a complete component inventory with shipping weight and crate sizes.

Take quality digital photos at the show site without anyone in the booth, if possible. This will save you the cost of your exhibit provider having to reset up your exhibit booth in their warehouse.

Make a list of features on site such as: workstations, product pedestals, reception counters, towers, conference rooms, light boxes, hanging signs, stage, truss, etc.

If you're going to sell accessories, make a complete list of features. For example: conference tables, furniture, computers, electronics, lead retrieval systems, literature, kiosks, etc.

Record primary finishes such as: laminates, woods, metals, colors, and carpet.

Make note of graphic presentation types, sizes and number of units. For example: four, 24' x 36' light boxes.

Determine if your booth is a custom construction, modular panel system or portable system.

Find out the original purchase price and year built.

Make notes about your booth, its features, advantages, awards, etc. This is your time to boast about your property. This is your time to sell!

Purchase your classified ad and post it yourself on our e-commerce site or print out our exhibit description form and fax the details and payment information to our staff along with an email that includes jpeg images of your booth.
