 THE EXHIBITOR'S PAGE
2004, Thanks and Good Night -- Welcome 2005

Allow me to close out this past year by humbly addressing all that have been engaged with our company over the past year. We cannot begin to tell you how much we appreciate your interest and patience as we develop and mold our new business-to-business portal for the tradeshow and convention industry. Our entry into the pre-owned/dot-com world has been quite educational for us - to say the least.

Like many new service companies discover during their pre-flight training, we found that we can soar at times with the eagles, however we also wasted a lot of time repairing the ships landing gear due to runway pot holes. A perfect example of this is our monthly newsletter, "The Exhibitor's Page" that we almost managed to get out once a quarter. My good friend Dick Donati, recently retired exhibits manager for Bayer Corporation, warned me that a monthly newsletter probably wasn't a brilliant idea, and we eventually found out he was right. It seems we have fallen a little short of our initial plan to publish on a monthly basis and we apologize for our not-so-consistent delivery. At the same time, I need to utilize this opportunity to officially make our newsletter a quarterly publication. Besides, I can't imagine you all wanting to receive more mail from us than you already do, right! As we continue to deliver more products and services to market we will push forward with our momentum of building the company's backbone of offerings and establishing the internet bridges which network our company's future business model.

Finally, I would like to extend my gratitude to our customers and sponsors that have supported our efforts and visions as we continue to reshape this industry. Thank You!

January 1st, 2005 marks a new year for EXHIBITTRADER.COM expelling a breath of new opportunities and exciting challenges. First up is our newly awaited website redesign for EXHIBITTRADER.COM. You can look forward to seeing our new design sometime towards the end of January. We will also be expanding our marketplace and pre-owned product line with several new products and services that we know you all will find intriguing, useful and necessary to the progression of an online trading portal for our industry.

Our goal will remain constant as we continue to deliver to your desktop, unique products and services that will assist you in your everyday world of tradeshow marketing. We look forward to providing our exhibitors and industry professionals, fingertip access to hard-to-find services designed at better managing event programs and exhibit inventories. Without letting the cat out of the bag early, we ask that you stay tuned and wish us well with our new rollouts.

I would also like to take this time to ask for your tolerance once again with our direct marketing approach. We have found that with exhibitors always being on the move, timing is everything. In order for us to move more products, we must move information. It's a catch 22 we fight daily while attempting not to overstep your boundaries. So if you must delete us until you need our services, we understand. Our team will do our very best to deliver you up-to-date listings, products and services and not waste your already consumed time. I cannot express to you how much fun I have had getting to know many of you, and creating our marketplace together. We have proved that common sense can still prevail, and that alternative thinking is not only refreshing but also useful.

I hope you all had a safe and enjoyable holiday season.

Moving ever forward,

Ray C. Rogowicz
President and CEO, EXHIBITTRADER.COM
